At present, most of the engines on our trucks are using Bosch 2.2 or 3.3 fuel systems, let's take a look at the Bosch 2.2 fuel system first.
Bosch 2.2 fuel system is a large cycle fuel system, the oil pump pumps up the oil through the Yili cannon into the engine combustion, this process has a lot of diesel is not used by the engine, the oil will return to the fuel tank, the overall excess oil volume of the Yili cannon is large, so the oil level is high.
Bosch 3.3 fuel system is a small cycle fuel system, after the oil is pumped through the Yili cannon, there will also be some diesel that can not be burned, at this time the oil will not return to the tank but back to the input pump, which is equivalent to how much diesel the engine burns, the Yili cannon will filter how much diesel, the oil flow becomes smaller, the natural liquid level height will be reduced.
At present, there are still some so-called full oil filter elements on the market, the oil level has been at the highest from the appearance, although this filter can meet our visual requirements for the height of the oil surface, but the resistance of the filter element is also relatively large, which will have a greater impact on the power, card friends should not install it at will.
Problem 2: There are always fine bubbles in the pipeline!
Nowadays, many card friends have transparent pipes on their car oil pipes, and when using the Yili cannon, they will see a lot of small bubbles through the oil pipe, and they will worry about whether there are so many bubbles in the oil pipe, will my oil circuit be inflated?
This problem is actually easier to understand, because the inside of the Yili cannon is in a state of negative pressure when working, and the air inside the diesel will be precipitated by negative pressure, so we will see a lot of small bubbles in the pipeline.
For example, when we take out soda from the refrigerator in life, we can not only hear the sound of air when we unscrew the cap, but also see a large number of bubbles precipitating, which can explain the problem of bubbles in the pipeline of Yili cannon.
Avoid misunderstandings and let the cannon get twice the result with half the effort

Myth 1: Use the built-in wrench to tighten the upper bleed bolt vigorously!
Many card friends will not only use their own wrench to screw the filter cup when replacing the filter element, but also screw the upper exhaust bolt very hard. However, this method is completely wrong, the exhaust bolt can be simply screwed in by hand, and if you use the built-in wrench to twist it, it will be broken to a great extent.
Myth 2: The water collector under the filter cup has no water and thinks the cannon is ineffective!
In daily use, some card friends will see that there is no water in the bottom water cup of the cannon, so they think that the Yili cannon has not filtered out the water in the diesel, which is not the case. Unless there is a problem with your fuel tank, such as water ingress, you will see obvious water in the collection cup of the Yili cannon.
Normally, the water in our fuel is in a molecular state, and although you can't see that there is water in the water collection cup, it is also helping you filter it. The relatively intuitive way to check is to get up in the morning in winter, after freezing overnight, you can see some emulsified diesel in the water collection cup, which contains a lot of water.
