▎Clutch weight, how to judge and maintain?
Nowadays, in order to reduce driver fatigue, many cars use the clutch to help with air top oil. Once the clutch is heavy in driving a vehicle, the following aspects are generally considered.
● First, air pressure
The first thing to check is whether the air pressure is normal, under normal circumstances, the clutch pedal above 6 air pressure can work normally. If the dashboard is normal, the air pressure of the clutch sub-pump will be low, check the four-way loop return valve on the car, as well as the excess air of all individual pressure regulators on the car.
● Second, check whether there is air leakage at the gas pipe joint of the air distribution valve
There is a small filter in the diverter valve, whether the air intake is not smooth due to the blockage caused by long-term non-maintenance, so that the clutch booster pump cannot play the effect of assistant, so the clutch is heavy.
● Third, if the above two points are fine, directly consider the fault of the clutch sub-pump
Excluding the above two points are normal, and there is no problem with the clutch sub-pump, directly consider whether the clutch pressure plate and clutch plate are worn for a long time, and there is a lot of dust in the claw, resulting in the clutch being too hard to make the clutch heavy.
● Fourth, check whether the fork shaft sleeve and fork are seriously worn
Whether the release bearing is worn for a long time, resulting in loose or uneven force on the clutch release bearing, resulting in heavy clutches.
▎Solution to clutch pedal height?
Many old card friends have experienced the situation that the clutch pedal rises and falls when the vehicle is driving normally, sometimes high, sometimes suddenly low.
Then card friends first check whether your clutch oil is lacking, and then there is a problem with the master cylinder or sub-pump, if the master cylinder has an adjustment lever, you can directly adjust the screw, and if it is tight inside, it is shortened and shortened. On the contrary, elongation is to raise it.
If the clutch pedal is easy to step on and the clutch is not disengaged, then you have to consider whether the clutch oil is lacking? If there is no shortage, you can consider the clutch master cylinder pressure relief.
Because the master cylinder gives the pressure of the clutch, or adjusts the clutch sub-pump strut, the elongation is to raise it, and the shortening is to reduce it. If there is often a lack of oil in the clutch, you should consider the damage of the clutch sub-pump, now it is basically a no-modulation clutch, if the clutch slips, the gear does not go, you can directly consider the problem of the clutch plate.
